When life gets complicated, it’s important to keep it simple. And these Nutella brownies are STUPID easy to make and they only require 3 ingredients. I’ve been going through some difficult times recently (which I may share with my readers at some point), but for now I needed a quick recipe to help me get my chocolate fix.
I can’t take credit for this Nutella brownie recipe. I was hesitant to try a Buzzfeed recipe and even proclaimed out loud, “I don’t know how these will come out. I mean, how good can they really be if they are only 3 ingredients?”
But I was pleasantly surprised by the results! These brownies are fudgy and chocolatey without being too rich or overpowering. In fact, these Nutella brownies are so good that I’ve made them over 5 times (including once with my 2-yr-old niece) in the past month and a half.
